Across from the Radisson Blu hotel.
We are sorry to those that already booked the Sheraton because of its proximity to the original shuttle location; that parking lot is now being renovated and is closed. So shuttles will depart and drop off in front of the Radisson Blu.

Yes!
There will be shuttles from the venue (Kocierz) back to Krakow on Wednesday, September 4th. The shuttles will leave at 12:00 PM from Kocierz and arrive in front of the Radisson Blu in Krakow at approximately 1:30 PM.

While Poland is in the EU, we use Złoty, not Euros, so you will need to exchange your money if you’d like cash.
If you are a citizen of the United States, UK, Canada, or Mexico, you should not need a visa to enter Poland. If you are unsure, you can find more information on shifting visa requirements here. If you are traveling on a Dominican passport you likely WILL need a Polish visa, check the requirements here. If you have another citizenship, please check visa needs ahead of time.
For passports: please note that you often need your passport expiration date to be more than 6 months after your return flight (March 2025). We recommend checking if you need to renew it and applying for your passport early, the process can take months.
Poland is a fun, beautiful country! You will have a wonderful time!

Not at all! For convenience, we are planning the welcome drinks in Kraków because it is a large cosmopolitan city. You can easily get around speaking only English in Kraków.
However, it can be a bit more difficult to move around in the mountains without Polish. So to make it easy we have a planned shuttle that can take everyone from Kraków to the wedding location. The shuttle will leave from in front of the Radisson Blu Hotel at 12:00 PM Sunday, September 1st.

The easiest way is flying into Kraków airport and coming on our shuttle from Kraków the morning after Welcome Drinks. The shuttle will leave from directly across from the front of the Radisson Blu Hotel at 12:00 PM on September 1st.
However, if you cannot make these shuttles due to travel restrictions we recommend reaching so we can help get you an alternative shuttle.
If you want to get to Kocierz yourself, or just explore more of southern Poland before or after the wedding, then we’d recommend renting a car. There is plenty of free parking on site and Poland drives on the right side of the road, like most of the world. If you have a valid drivers license in your own country, all you need is an International Driving License. You can get one in most AAA locations in about 20 minutes. Once completing these steps, we recommend waiting until you arrive and renting on site, we’ve found that is the cheapest option and it is easy to rent a car in English at the airport.

You absolutely can! However, Warsaw is about a 4 hour train ride to Kraków and you can book a connection flight directly into Kraków. But if you would like to take a train, we recommend PolRail. If you would rather take a bus, we recommend Polski Bus. Both of these can be booked ahead of time online or on their apps.
If you would prefer to rent a car, we recommend waiting until you arrive and renting on site, we’ve found that is the cheapest option and it is easy to do this in English at the airport. But please note that you need an International Drivers License to rent a car in Poland. You can get one in about 20min at most AAA locations.

It may be a bit chilly (65F/19C) in September so please plan for that. But beyond that, any lovely cocktail or general wedding-guest attire is perfect! Poland is no more or less conservative than the US, and the ceremony is outside, not in a church, so don’t worry about that.
We will be in the mountains, so be sure to pack some hiking boots and clothes if you’d like to take advantage of the beautiful Beskidy Mountains. And the resort has a zipline, obstacle course, and tennis courts, so pack something comfortable if you’d like to enjoy them on Monday, our day without events. There is also a spa, indoor pools, and a waterpark at the resort, so don’t forget your swimsuit!

From the US, it may be difficult to get to our venue on a weekend without missing Friday responsibilities. This way you can comfortably make it to wedding even if you cannot attend our Kraków Welcome Drinks.
Also for those that would like to turn this into a European Vacation, many museums are closed on Mondays & Tuesdays. With our festivities on Tuesday, if you travel during the second half of the week you can fully enjoy whichever city you choose!
